I am a lot like you. I knew I was meant to share my calling but it felt like the harder I tried, the more stuck I felt. I wanted to give up and walk away but my heart kept pulling me back. A little about me. I am a mom of 4 incredible kids and married for 28 years, a lover of long hikes, and a friend of all dark chocolate. My connection with God is deeply important to me. I am part coach and part transformation artist. I help my clients release limiting beliefs, own their purpose, and activate their potential to show up as powerful creators in their life and busines. I pull from my experience and training as a Mental Health Therapist, Health Coach, Life Coach, NLP practitioner, Mindfulness expert, and Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator. And most importantly, from the wisdom found within and in connection with God.
