What is breathwork?

In a nutshell, breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform.

What can I expect in an individual breathwork session?

A 1 on 1 breathwork session crafted just for you in the comfort of your own home using Zoom.

A 20-minute discussion to understand your current state and craft your intention.

A 30-minute guided meditative breathwork journey with your focused intention.

10 minutes of integration, including any next steps and recommendations.

The care and dedication of a certified, trauma-informed practitioner and coach who will guide you through the process.

How do I prepare for a breathwork session?

Please come to the session with an intention. Make sure you have an empty stomach to maximize your comfort. You are welcome to use headphones and an eye mask if that feels supportive to your practice. You can also bring a journal and a pen to jot down any ah-has at the end of the session.

The invitation is really to set up your space so you can lay down, be comfortable, and feel safe.

You will need to set up your computer or phone in a way that I can see your whole body while you are breathing.

At the beginning of the session, we will discuss your intention and find the breath pattern that feels best for you. My approach is collaborative, and I trust and honor the pace, intensity, and type of breath that will feel right for you at the time of our session. We will leave a few minutes at the end of the session to ground and integrate any breakthroughs.
